WORLD’S SECOND OLDEST SKELETON TO BE DISPLAYED AT THE EGYPTIAN MUSEUM.

Believed to be 21,000 years-old, the remains, which were discovered in Aswan’s Wadi Al-Kobaniyah, are set to go on display as part of new exhibition, ‘Rediscovering the Dead’.

Other highlights of the educational exhibition include several skulls dating back to various periods and the gold-layered mummy of Roma-era child which was found in the Upper Egyptian city of Akhmim.

The exhibition opens on Thursday 10 Janua
